We are excited to be returning to Evergreen Conference Center for our 31st Annual Women’s Retreat. This year we are celebrating our 40th Anniversary of Aglow Prison Ministry! The mountain air, tall trees, cabins, good food, and fellowship allow us to quickly find a place of rest. We hope you’ll join us this year for a very special Celebration!
Retreat Registration Information
A non-refundable deposit of $75 is due no later than June 5, 2024.
This deposit goes toward the price of your room.
For example: if you choose a Dormitory room for $185 and have paid the deposit of $75; your total due by June 5th will be $110. If you choose a Quad room for $225 and have paid the deposit of $75; your total due by June 9th will be $150. If you choose a Double room for $275 and have paid deposit of $75; your total due by June 9th will be $200. Pay the deposit now and balance later or pay in full now.
No bed will be available without early registration.

Additional Retreat Information
Check-in is Friday from 4:00 – 5:45 pm and after the evening service. Camp rules are that no one may check in prior to 4pm and we must be out of our rooms by 9am Sunday.
Sessions begin Friday at 7:00pm and end Sunday before noon.
Dinner will be served promptly at 6:00pm Friday. Other meals will be served at 8am, 12pm and 6pm. A bell will be rung 10 minutes before each meal. PLEASE, let’s show respect to the staff and be on time, every time!
Towels and bed linens will be provided. You will be given one towel. If you want more than one towel please bring your own. You may want your own pillow too.
NO FOOD is allowed in the sleeping rooms or Chapel. You will need to leave your food and beverages in your vehicle or use the facility refrigerator. If you bring food, it may be enjoyed in the designated areas. Complimentary beverages are available 24 hours a day in the Dining Room.
