Annual Women's Retreat, Oakhurst, CA
We are excited to be returning to Evergreen Conference Center for our 27th Annual Women’s Retreat. The mountain air, tall trees, cabins, good food, and fellowship allow us to quickly find a place of rest. We hope you’ll join us this year!
Retreat Registration Information
A non-refundable registration fee of $50 is due no later than May 5, 2018.
Per-Person Room Rates
Dormitory Room: twin bunk beds $160 (46 max capacity)
Quad Room: 4 Twin Beds $185 (48 max capacity)
Double Room: Full + Twin $200 (44 max capacity)

Additional Retreat Information
Check-in is Friday from 4:00 – 5:45 pm and after the evening service. Camp rules are that no one may check in prior to 4pm and we must be out of our rooms by 9am Sunday.
Sessions begin Friday at 7:00pm and end Sunday before noon.
Dinner will be served promptly at 6:00pm Friday. Other meals will be served at 8am, 12pm and 6pm. A bell will be rung 10 minutes before each meal. PLEASE, let’s show respect to the staff and be on time, every time!
Towels and bed linens will be provided. You will be given one towel. If you want more than one towel please bring your own. You may want your own pillow too.
NO FOOD is allowed in the sleeping rooms or Chapel. You will need to leave your food and beverages in your vehicle or use the facility refrigerator. If you bring food, it may be enjoyed in the designated areas. Beverages are available 24 hours a day in the Dining Room.
