Each Father’s Day it is a JOY to recall the special “Two-Day Seminars” which APM conducted at the large Women’s Facilities at Chowchilla. They were planned by our beloved President Patty Rose, and titled THE JOURNEY. We watched in awe as the Holy Spirit revealed God’s TRUTH to incarcerated women. This month at our Annual Retreat, we understand the power of those anointed lessons. We SEE and HEAR how God used them to change lives! Be encouraged with excerpts from:
THE FATHER’S LOVE
GOD IS LOVE. He wanted sons and daughters to love. YOU were created to love! Genesis says God created man” in His own image” with a capacity to reflect and show His love to others. He chose the “family” to accomplish that purpose.
Our Heavenly Father has ALWAYS loved you. If earthly parents were NOT there for you, it may be hard to TRUST your Heavenly Father. He sent His Son Jesus, to show us what God is like. Miracle stories are recorded in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John; and are still being taught inside Prison Facilities by our faithful APM Volunteers.
God has both “Father and Mother love” to give us. He has qualities of strength, protection, and compassion like a good father, and the comfort and tenderness of a mother. You can talk to God anytime in prayer. Open your heart and feel His “embrace.” As you receive His love, learn to give it back to others. You will soon discover how God has a purpose for your life. He can fulfill His plans for YOU!
