Habakkuk 2:1-3 “And the Lord said, WRITE the vision…MAKE it plain; that he may RUN that reads it.”
In our Church Prayer Room is a Bowl of tiny pieces of paper. Each paper has a NAME WRITTEN on it. At the Prayer Service, Pastor Gary lifted the Bowl towards Heaven and we prayed for miracle-answers for people.
Remember YOU are valuable to God and were created for a purpose. He has assignments for YOU until He returns. He wants to SHOW YOU fresh ideas today! Perhaps you are to “write some names” to encourage other people by phone calls or cards? Maybe you can start a plan you once thought was impossible”? Or could you try finishing something He has already shown you to do?
Let God inspire you through His Word. Expect Him to fulfill the desires HE puts in YOUR heart. He wants to use YOUR VISION to bless others!
Each New Year, as I anticipate the Second Coming of Jesus, I always recall a little Motto I learned as a teenager. It is a good reminder to help FOCUS on the important things of life as we walk with Jesus each day.
Only one life, ‘twill soon be past. Only what’s done for Christ will last.
